Tickets are now available for the 2010 Friends For Life Multicultural Festival, to be held, as usual, at Lovat Hall, Silver St. Newport Pagnell MK16 0EJ on Saturday Feb. 6th. International stalls and food are available from 6.30 p.m.; the show is 7.30 – 10.30 p.m.
Tickets: £5 (adults), £2.50 (under 16s).

Yaw Asiama, local legend playwright, artist, poet, and designer

pianist are strong activists with the Anglican Peace Fellowship sing songs which
emphasise the futility of war as a solution to world problems.

6 Chris Puleston Act 2 Drum Circle; Act 1 Drum
Battle
Local percussionist and drum teacher is simply irrepressible! His band
Soma has performed nationally and locally to great acclaim.
Nobody has yet
counted how many different instruments he payed in Campbell Park last year: was
it six didgeridoos, fifty bells with his vast circle of drums?
Two acts, a
drum battle between percussion and a full kit, then the circle of his drum
students and colleagues will raise the roof.

French
Canadian singer - songwriter who sings songs of life, love and
ideals.
Well-known locally as the guitarist in the Broken Sixpence dance
band, she has recorded three albums with her family and friends.

Japanese Ladies Choir in lovely Kimonos.
They exhibit
song, dance, Ikebana (flower arrangement), origami (paper folding), cooking,
demonstrate the Japanese Tea Ceremony and build bridges of understanding between
the UK and Japan
